VMS of RI offers entrepreneurial services throughout the state of Rhode Island to entrepreneurs and business owners.



A non-profit that provides expert volunteers who give unbiased, experienced business advice and guidance to entrepreneurs in Rhode Island.

VMS of RI is a free and confidential service exclusively for the RI business community. VMS harnesses the knowledge and experience of volunteer mentors and other business leaders to help entrepreneurs with innovative RI based ventures to learn what they need to know to begin and sustain a business. VMS activities revolve also around the belief that active support of entrepreneurial activities improves RI’s economic ecosystem and role as an growing leader in innovation, thus also broadening RI's base of potential financial support for business ventures. Relationships between mentors and aspiring entrepreneurs are established on the basis of each entrepreneur’s needs and preferences, and the interests of the available mentors. VMS of RI is open toany entrepreneurs who have innovative ideas they would like to see turn into RI based businesses.



VMS of RI is open to all entrepreneurs who are committed to bringing new and innovative businesses to the Rhode Island marketplace.
